At The Midas Touch 24, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every saree before dispatch to ensure you receive a product of the highest quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return only if:

You received a damaged product.

You received a defective product.

You received an incorrect item.

The product has a manufacturing defect.
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video recorded from the very beginning of opening the sealed package until the product is fully visible is mandatory for all return, refund, exchange, damage, missing item, or incorrect product claims.
The video must clearly show:

The sealed package before opening.

The complete unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.

The condition of the product after opening.
Claims submitted without a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and unwashed.

Be in its original condition.
-
Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
-
Be returned with the original invoice or order confirmation.
-
Be accompanied by the mandatory unboxing video.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Products without original tags or packaging.
-
Customized or made-to-order sarees.
-
Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged or defective).

Returns requested after the eligible return period.

Claims submitted without the mandatory unboxing video.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Your Order ID.

Clear photographs of the product (if applicable).

A description of the issue.

The complete, unedited unboxing video recorded from the beginning of opening the package.

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

If approved, the product will be picked up (where service is available) or you will be guided on how to return it.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchange Policy
If you receive:

A damaged product.

A defective product.

An incorrect product.
You may request a replacement subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or request a refund.
7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, tampered, incomplete, or incorrect:

Do not remove the tags or use the product.

Record a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video from the very beginning of opening the sealed package.

Take clear photographs of the package and product (if required).

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID, photographs, and the complete unboxing video.
Our team will verify the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Claims without a complete unboxing video will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
9. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind after purchase.

Slight color variations caused by screen settings or photography.
-
Minor weaving, embroidery, zari, or handcrafted variations that are part of the product’s unique craftsmanship.

Incorrect size or personal preference after the order has been delivered.

Claims submitted without the mandatory unboxing video.
